I visited this dental clinic in 2022, and unfortunately my experience was not satisfactory.

The clinic is located inside a shopping arcade, and the surrounding environment (shops, bars and restaurants) did not give me the feeling of visiting a medical facility. The clinic itself is at the end of a corridor, and in my personal opinion, the overall atmosphere did not feel like a professional or clinical dental environment.

At the time of my visit, the clinic was extremely quiet. There was no receptionist and no other patients present. After examining my tooth, the dentist said that for €50 he could do a simple, temporary repair on a previously filled tooth that had partially broken. I agreed to this based on trust.

While sitting in the dental chair, I noticed something that made me very uncomfortable: inside the overhead dental light, there was a fly visible, which appeared to have been there for some time. This caused significant discomfort and unease. When I pointed it out, the response I received was not reassuring, and the unpleasant feeling remained throughout the procedure.

Additionally, the suction device was not used during the treatment, and I was asked to rinse my mouth using a paper cup instead, which did not feel professional or standard to me.

After paying the €50, I did not receive a proper official receipt or invoice. Instead, I was given a simple handwritten note without a stamp or signature.

Unfortunately, less than one month later, the dental repair completely failed and came off.

This review reflects only my personal experience. However, in my opinion, for dental treatments it may be better to choose clinics that provide a more professional environment, clearer financial documentation, and a greater sense of care and reassurance for patients.

I am touring in Europe and had to have emergency dental treatment. I emailed the clinic and received a reply very quickly offering an appointment. I received amazing service from the dentist. He is very professional and really lovely. He explained everything and took x-rays before offering treatment. I had to have a tooth extracted and it was truly painless.

I can highly recommend this dentist and I want to say thanks so much for offering an appointment so quickly and resolving my toothache. I am carrying on with my travels pain free. Thank you so much!

Arrived on holiday with a toothache I called this Dentist who was the closest to Hotel Cervantes. Got appointment for the next morning and I am extremely pleased with the service provided. The Dentist is very knowledgeable, explains in great detail and excellent price.

Back at home, our dentist had to redo everything. So I would only recommended in an emergency. Friendly and calm. Saved us in a dental emergency during our vacation. Speaks Spanish, English, Swedish, Danish and Norwegian.

Came on holiday from Canada and needed my pa ial repaired.
Beside that my parial needed repair the dentist found 3 teeth wich need fillings. I just had one filling done a month ago and this dentist did not see that I needed more work.
Got all the work done with out pain and to my holiday scedule.
The expirience was very positive and I only can recomand this clinic.
Easy to find, easy to deal with and very friendly staff.

I was on holiday in Spain and and had a issue with a tooth.
I called the dentist at 16.00 hrs (Spanish time) and he had just closed but told me to come the next day at 11am.
I did call a few other dentist's but all full and could not see me for a few days.
He went out of his way to see me and I was glad the other dentist's I called were full and could not see me.
You were very professional and plesent.
I totally recommend this dentist if you require one when on holiday in Spain.
Thanks for the great service and it made the rest of my holiday great.
