Overpriced for the level of service… I spent €400 to replace my night guard. This is double what I have paid in the past. I requested an upper mouth tray and got a lower one. It was handed to me in a baggy with no travel container. The overall experience was disappointing. I will be looking for another provider in the area for future dental needs.

Hi James This is Dr Ashrafi writing to you . I am very sad that you felt you were disappointed and felt you were charged overpriced .
I will reassure you that you were not charged a lot and will PM you the invoice of the lab that made your night guard and will see how much I have paid to make one for you . Secondly I had explained to you the treatment how it works and you had no preferences whether you have it for the upper jaw or lower jaw . You left it to me to choose . I had told you the option of soft one or hard one and you did not know the differences and I went for the best protectional made one . The lab charges are high which you will receive the invoice over it . Regarding the box to carry it yes the lab did not provide me one . They basically send the night guard in a sealed bag although I went through all of my Orthopaedic boxes to look for a spare one and did not fine one and I offered you that I will order you one and you said it is fine and leave it . I apologise for not having one to give to you .i will contact the lab and will bring up this point to them that from now on they have to provide a carrier box . But I am very sad that despite all of the information I gave you from the very first time you contacted by email , I was personally in contact with you myself trying to get you what you wanted still leaving me such a bad review . Hope you find a better dentist in Marbella .

Me dirijo a ustedes para expresar mi profunda preocupación y decepción respecto al trato recibido al llamar a su clínica.

Durante mi reciente llamada un sábado por la mañana, la recepcionista —una secretaria con un marcado acento español— se comportó de manera extremadamente grosera e improfesional. No solo me colgó el teléfono bruscamente, sino que además me insultó sugiriendo que “debería sufrir de dolor de muelas y disfrutarlo”. Este comentario resulta impactante y absolutamente inaceptable, especialmente viniendo de alguien que representa a una institución sanitaria.

Esta experiencia me ha dejado no solo con una sensación de falta de respeto, sino también con un malestar psicológico. Un paciente que ya sufre y busca ayuda jamás debería ser humillado o ridiculizado. En lugar de recibir comprensión y apoyo, me encontré con hostilidad y burla.

Quiero subrayar que este tipo de comportamiento daña gravemente la reputación de su clínica y socava la confianza que los pacientes depositan en sus servicios. Si esta conducta se tolera, plantea serias dudas sobre el profesionalismo y los valores de la institución en su conjunto.

Les insto encarecidamente a que investiguen este incidente a fondo y adopten las medidas disciplinarias correspondientes. Ningún paciente debería estar expuesto a este nivel de falta de profesionalidad y, por la integridad de su clínica, es imprescindible que se tomen acciones inmediatas.

Espero recibir una pronta respuesta en relación con las medidas que adoptarán para resolver esta situación.

I did not get a chance to see you nor talking to you but I have been told that you contacted late night in weekend and you were offered an appointment but kept asking many technical questions regarding the ability of the dentist and the receptionist found you abusive and we have a zero tolerance policy for abusive behaviour on the phone and the receptionist did not want to continue keeping the line busy . Sorry for the inconvenience. Next time please when you have pain please take the appointment and come and discuss your case with the dentist . The receptionist can not help you other than allocating time for you .

Polecam w 100%. Pani doktor bardzo nam pomogła. Córka wybiła 2 jedynki na aquapark. Pani doktor szybko zrobiła rtg , ustawiła zęby na prawidłową pozycję.

Muy mala experiencia. Me intentaron extraer una muela asegurando que no estaba infectada, cuando en realidad tenía infección en las dos. De haber aceptado, me habrían destrozado la boca por completo. Todo por sacar dinero sin preocuparse por mi salud. Una absoluta irresponsabilidad. Menos mal que acudí a otra clínica, donde sí me trataron correctamente con antibióticos. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Over the weekend, my son—who was staying in Spain—suddenly developed severe tooth pain. From the Netherlands, we tried calling several dentists, but no one was available to help. He was in a lot of pain, and we were very worried.

Then we found this amazing dentist. We called her from the Netherlands, and she immediately offered help. She provided him with painkillers and thoughtfully considered ways to keep the costs down.

Unfortunately, the pain became too much, and he called her again for a root canal treatment. She was able to see him the very next day. The treatment was done quickly and professionally. In the following days, my son felt completely fine and had no more pain.

We are incredibly grateful for her excellent care and warm approach. I highly recommend her!

Menos mal que existen Dctores que aun aman su profesión y se nota , acudi un jueves por la noche a las 22:00h por urgencias a esta clínica y no me arepiento , gracias a la Doctora Miryam me soluciono el problema que era una corona provisional que se me partio , no he visto Doctora mas amable y encantadora que ella , recomiendo la clínica al 100 por 100 ! Gracias por todo lo que hace por los pacientes, ojala por mas doctores como usted ! Y una clinica abierta 24 horas es una maravilla ! Muchas gracias !

I fell and cracked 2 front veneers while over in Marbella for the weekend. A call to infinity late at night and I was in the next day. Maryam was outstanding, she looked and said ‘I can fix that’ and I was instantly at ease. Within an hour my teeth looked like nothing had happened. Thank you so much for being so kind and for your wonderful work. I was ready to fly back home but I still managed to enjoy my trip. Thank you 🙏

The best dentist I have ever had. Maryam is knowledgeable, skilled, patient and kind. She calmed my nerves and explained the procedures in a way no dentist has ever done before ( I have visited many in my life). She did a fantastic job of checking and cleaning my teeth and has given me a thorough overview of treatments that may be of benefit without the hard sell of some other clinics in Marbella. I will definitely be back and would thoroughly recommend her.

I broke my tooth during my holiday and I was already at the dentist chair one hour later, even though it was already 22:30! Doctor is amazing, very professional and kind. She took an rtg photo and then she explained exactly what she can do and what should be my next steps after coming back home. She speaks perfect English as well. I was really positively surprised and grateful! I highly recommend to everyone.

Do you believe in Angels?!?!
I am not religious but I found my angel!

On holiday and I had a problem at about 1930 with a crown coming off a tooth!

Queue panic mode as I don't speak Spanish and long Easter weekend coming up I was like 😡😡😡😡🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️😱😱😱

Anyway after trying a few ranging from 2 weeks to the following Tuesday, I found this lady.

Spoke perfect English.

Sorted me out in 20 mins.

I couldn't believe my luck.

Her chair side manner is incredible.

I could NOT thank her enough!

Never had this kinda service anywhere else.

Fantastic dentist. I had broken a molar whilst on holiday. Was in 2 minds whether to wait until I went home but decided to get it checked out. Maryam was very comforting and didn't make a big deal of the situation like my own dentist would so I agreed to having the treatment. 100% the right decision. She was very gentle and explained every part of the process. Highly recommend

Maravillosa, súper profesional la mejor la doctora Maryam. He tenido malas experiencias con otros odontologos pq no me han hecho bien los tratamientos y sabemos que ir al odontologo no es barato pero gastar dinero y q encima te quede mal es frustrante. Ella sin duda es la mejor en todo marbella por su excelente trabajo q brinda y es encantadora
