Je ne comprends pas les avis négatifs...
Pendant nos vacances, nous avons dû nous rendre dans ce cabinet car mon fils avait une grosse douleur dentaire.
La secrétaire nous a gentiment reçus alors que nous n'avions pas rendez vous et qu'il y avait du monde.
Nous avons attendus une bonne heure puis Ludmilla a eu la gentillesse de nous prendre entre deux patients.
Merci encore pour votre accueil et d'avoir pris le temps de nous recevoir.

Was staying at the ficus apartments for a week, and my mother had some tooth pain. Found the closest dentist, which was this one. Upon entering the square it was in we couldn't find it so went back to speak to the receptionist at the hotel but it is there on the far right corner tucked away. Highly recommend this dentist for any holiday makers who may need it. They dont speak perfect english but was enough for them to understand us and vice versa. For a check up, an xray and treatment for a sensitive tooth it cost €80 so wasn't extortionate. We phoned them at 7:30pm on the monday and was given a 9am appointment the following day. Do bare in mind that you may have to wait as they have other spanish customers who have appointments. It took 2 hours from walking in to walking out with some medicine in hand.

Just back from Clinica Dental who were kind enough to facilitate me as an emergency patient. I broke my back tooth last night at dinner just two days into our holidays. My treatment was excellent. I am usually very nervous with dentists but knew instantly that I was in good hands. I would thoroughly recommend Clinica Dental Ludmilla Ratynski.

I was in lanzarote last December 2021, I needed a difficult molar extraction that I kept putting off,and a small filling . Although ludmilla was totally booked out ,she phoned me late in evening and made an appointment for me the next day . Brilliant work done with good humour and extremely professional. Price was around a third of what I was quoted in Dublin . Would highly recommend and will be returning for any future dental treatment.

Ich war vor 3 Wochen wegen einer akuten Wurzelentzündung dort. Man hat mich am selben Tag eingeschoben, obwohl mehrere bestellte Patienten im Wartezimmer waren. Sehr freundliche Ärztin, auch die Helferin nett und kompetent. Zahn wurde geröntgt, und geöffnet. Ich bekam ein Antibiotikum und war die Schmerzen erstmal los. Weil der Zahn gerade erst neu überkront worden war, habe ich mich entschieden, die Endbehandlung von meinem Zahnarzt zuhause machen zu lassen. Ich kann diese Praxis sehr empfehlen!

Pues por desgracia muy Mala experiencia fui allí xq me la recomendaron me atendieron casi 2 horas después ,cuando entre en la habitación me tuvo 10 minutos esperando me puso la anestesia y se fue me tuvo mas de 20 minutos esperando volvió empezó me volvió a poner anestesia xq seguía sintiendo y se volvió a ir otros 20 minutos allí me tuvo esperando hasta que vino me hizo una endodoncia en cuestión de 15 minutos fin me cobro y me fui ala semana seguía teniendo dolores fui y me quito el empaste provisional sin ni siquiera hacer radiografía ni comprobar si estaba todo bien me dejo el diente al descubierto y me dio cita ala semana siguiente pero me dijo q tendría q esperar😤no pude acudir x motivos personal y seguía con mi dolor después de tres semanas no era normal,ala cuarta semana con dolores constantes decidí ir a x otra opinión y confirmaron mis sospechas la endodoncia no estaba terminada había conductos sin matar el nervio ,
El problema que tienen aquí es que quieren abarcar demasiado y si un cliente paga que mínimo que se le atienda como es debido sin esperas y con un poco de dedicación .
Quizás sea buena dentista el problema es que quiere atender a todos de golpe y porrazo y así no se puede.tristemente no volveré mas y el dinero fue perdido,

Fatal, teníamos cita para las 10.30 , 1 hora y media esperando, al final nos fuimos. Y lo peor de todo que venía gente y los atendían , y no llevaban ni la mitad de tiempo que nosotros, aunque tenga que hacerle una cosa que dura menos que la de nosotros me parece muy mal que nos haga esperar a nosotros y a ellos no porque tengan una cosa menor, me parece fatal.

Puede ser que haciendo su trabajo sean buenos, no tuve opción de saberlo, al final acabé marchando. Me tuvieron mucho tiempo esperando y no dejaban de prolongar mi espera, ya que pasaban a otros pacientes que acababan de llegar.
