If 10 stars would be possible, 10 would be my rating. I had a very complicated and sensitive issue which was resolve in a truly professional and humanistic manner.. A previous root canal at another dentist left one canal in place. This had become deeply infected with facial swelling and pain. The remaining root/nerve was under a crown earlier placed on a fragile broken tooth. Dr. Francesca Scalia immediately made x-ray photos and Dr Jesus Gil Manon received the x-ray photos via email while on his holiday. He diagnosed this and arranged for an antibiotic. Dr. Gil provided a step by step approach and two alternatives. He detailed the procedures and offered realistic in the possible outcomes. In consultation with him, I chose the for the least invasive, but the most difficult.... He drilled a tiny hole through the crown, without disrupting the tooth, and found the root nerve and extracted it.. Micro millimeter work using the latest technology equipment. WIth a sensitivity toward me, the patient this was completed in full comfort without any pain whatsover. He explained every step and provided photos to me to show how and what he was doing. The result is clear: Root problem resolved, no damage to the tooth, and the crown was saved and restored for normal use. If that were not more than perfect, the administration, billing, and communication all were undertaken efficiently and effectively. AND in Dutch, Spanish and/or English or Italian! Far above expectation! Today, one day after the procedure, I have absolutely no pain nor discomfort.

Als ik 10 sterren zou kunnen geven, zou ik er 10 geven. Ik had een zeer ingewikkeld en gevoelig probleem dat op een zeer professionele en humanistische manier werd opgelost. Een eerdere wortelkanaalbehandeling bij een andere tandarts had één kanaal op zijn plaats laten zitten. Dit was diep geïnfecteerd geraakt met zwelling in het gezicht en pijn. De resterende wortel/zenuw zat onder een kroon die eerder op een kwetsbare, gebroken tand was geplaatst. Dr. Francesca Scalia maakte onmiddellijk röntgenfoto's en Dr. Jesus Gil ontving de röntgenfoto's via e-mail tijdens zijn vakantie. Hij stelde de diagnose en regelde een antibioticum. Dr. Jesus gaf een stapsgewijze aanpak en twee alternatieven. Gedetailleerd en realistisch in de mogelijke resultaten. In overleg met hem koos ik voor de minst ingrijpende, maar ook de moeilijkste. Hij boorde een klein gaatje door de kroon, zonder de tand te beschadigen, vond de wortelzenuw en trok deze eruit. Micromillimeterwerk met behulp van de nieuwste technologische apparatuur. Hij legde elke stap uit en stuurde me foto's om te laten zien hoe en wat hij deed. Het resultaat is duidelijk: het wortelprobleem is opgelost, er is geen schade aan de tand en de kroon is gered en hersteld voor normaal gebruik. Alsof dat niet perfect was, verliepen de administratie, facturering en communicatie allemaal efficiënt en effectief. ÉN in het Nederlands, Spaans en/of Engels of Italiaans! Ver boven verwachting! Vandaag, één dag na de behandeling, heb ik absoluut geen pijn of ongemak.
