I'm writing a year later after a treatment aug 2023-} aug 2024) of several teeth here . .
I'm giving an extra star for them seeing me quickly and being friendly.

HOWEVER:
1) one of their fillings near the neck fell out and another dentist said it wasn't put in place right and there was decay under the filling - I now need a root canal because of this bad treatment. I now also need a crown.... Thanks a lot!
2) another filling at the neck- was over flowing into the gum and again noticed and polished by another dentist - my gum suffered but thankfully will recover and this is AFTER I complained several times this tooth was very painful after the filling even weeks later and they examined it...

What they also failed to spot was decay on top of the same tooth which was identified AGAIN by another dentist - it was very deep ( so had been decaying for some time and should have been spotted) and affected neighbouring tooth, hence requiring two fillings , nearly becoming a root canal too, with very little enamel left!

3) another filling at the neck had been spotted to have decay under- thankfully wasn't a root canal BUT paying second time for treatment plus tooth enamel further eroded this tooth....

I'm very disappointed by this place and their poor examination leading to me needing to pay for the same work again, needing a root canal and needing two very deep fillings and was debating whether to leave a bad review but the proof is in the teeth and I don't want someone else doing their teeth here thinking they're in the hands of professionals where too many mistakes have been made with very negative consequences. Perhaps if they weren't chatting over me about their personal life during the procedure and actually paying attention, they may have spotted what they've missed.
