I’ve been going here for a few years now and I’ve been more than patient with this clinic. I never complained but today I had enough. Alejandro is a great doctor but all these years not once I have been taken in on time, never on my booked time slot, I always had to wait. One time when I asked if I will be on time because I actually had other plans, the reply was ‘Never!’ They know they’re late and they don’t care. Like people have no better things to do than wait at the dentist.
One time they asked me to wait an hour as they were behind, only to tell me when the hour was up that they can not take me and booked me another appointment.
I’m having braces now which means I have to go for a checkup every month. I’m lucky to have a remote job and I work from home, but my appointments are always during my working hours, but knowing their “punctuality” I always take my lap top with me to work while I wait.
Today I had my appointment at 9:30. Which in reality is 9:50. Their opening time is 9:30 which means they arrive at 9:40 and take you in at 9:50. They were closed. I waited half an hour. They were still closed. I also must mention that I live in Alcaidesa so I have to make my way to La Linea and most times I have to take and pay for a taxi.
After 30 minutes of waiting I left. That’s when they called me saying: “Oh Noemi! No cita ahora! Manana!” Well, go figure!
They couldn’t call me yesterday? They couldn’t call me ahead of time so I don’t waste MY time??? This is ignorant and disrespectful.
I choose them for my braces because it’s half the price other dentists have quoted me. But is it really cheaper if I count my time invested in them?! I guess you get what you pay for.

Llevo poquito tiempo yendo a esta clínica pero me hablaron muy bien de ella y he de decir lo mismo con respecto a mi trato. El equipo es fantástico, amigable y responsable. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Me hice la ortodoncia allí y en cada cita que iba se atrasaba de 50 minutos a hora y media. Luego cuando entras solo escuchas criticas a otros clientes e incluso a la misma persona. Nunca he llegado a salir del todo contenta. Le daría mas estrellas pero esta ultima vez llegamos a discusión cuando le pedí unos nuevos retenedores ya que los mios se habian roto y no se lo creian. En resumen no recomiendo nada esta clinica.
