I don’t know about the quality of their work but their customer service is appalling. My son (a visitor) has a dentist emergency on a Saturday which is also a bank holiday :( searched the web and this practice advertises 24 hours emergency service. I called and they confirmed they are closed so is OK but the man sounded annoyed by my call 🤷‍♀️ then I simply asked in a very polite manner but seeking help if there is any emergency service in the area that I could call. As a dentist practice you would have thought they knew! and the man on the phone became rude, went on a rant and said something like imagine dentist working over weekends all over spain etc this shocked me, I didn’t say a word and he simply put the phone down. So in conclusion, If their page wouldn’t advertise 24 hours emergency service I wouldn’t have called. Extremely rude but always take positive right? I do live in the area so at least now know who not to call next time for any dentist for me or my circle of friends. Torrevieja Dental Smile, your attitude was uncalled for, unnecessary, I would suggest removing the 24 hours emergency services you advertise to avoid unwanted customers calling over the weekend. It’s that simple!
After placing my review I noticed another customer had a similar experience, also rudeness and call hung … seriously! you can’t make this up, I should have read the reviews before calling 🤷‍♀️ be warned

I am very satisfied for everything at this clinic. Especially the work that was done on my teeth. Gry my dentist is both very very good dentist and friendly as well . I have never been so calm in a dentist chair before.. Also the receptionist is very friendly and nice.So definite 5 stars from me.💥💥💥💥💥

Så hjälpsamma! Hade ilning i en tand. Kom strax innan stängning före julen. Visade sig att de inte kunde ta emot. Gick därifrån förstående att det jag kom lite för sent. En snäll receptionist kom springande och sa att det gick att fixa. Trevliga och hjälpte mig. Kan verkligen rekommenderas!

It's probably the friendliest environment I've ever been in and the dentists here are great professionals.
I had serious problems with my teeth and Dental Smile agreed to see me the same day I asked, which seemed impossible to me.
In addition, all the people working here that I talked to speak English perfectly, which was also a huge surprise for me.
It was really nice to meet such good people.
Perfect place for dental care, 10/10.

If I could give more stars I would!
While on holiday, My 23 year old daughter snapped her tooth from a fall and was in excruciating pain. We searched all over for an emergency appointment and they were more than willing to help. These guys were absolutely brilliant with her (she even cuddled the dentist afterwards). I highly recommend this practice. It’s clean, calming and very welcoming. They supplied us with notes and X-ray pictures to give to our dentist back home and provided us with the invoice for our travel insurance. Thankyou once again. You’re all amazing 😘

Quiero aclarar que la puntuación refleja mi experiencia con su trato por teléfono. No he realizado ningún servicio en esta clínica, y desde luego después de la primera toma de contacto ni me lo planteo. Llame para solicitar información sobre sus servicios y la empleada que me atendió por teléfono se ha comportado de manera descortes, quería que me facilitara información antes de acudir personalmente y ella me colgó sin terminar siquiera la conversación, no me pregunto si tenía alguna otra duda, ni se despedio. Por su tono pareció que le molestaba que llamara para preguntar y no para acordar una cita. Muy antipáticos, no acudire.

Este sitio si cancelas una cita te cobran 30€! Es una estafa! y además el dentista iba descalzo sin usar zapatos... no os lo aconsejo!
