I recently visited Tenerife and needed a clinic for a blood test. Before my trip, I emailed David from This Medical, and he provided exceptional service from the start. He guided me to the right place, and all I had to do was send him the details of what I needed to be checked. David took care of everything, got me a quotation, and all I had to do was go and pay. A few days later, I received my results. David helped me through every step of the process, and there were no issues at all.

A very proffesional and effecient service. They really help to expedite things and keep you updated and follow up during the whole process . Having someone actually accmpany you through the hospital check in and liasing with the various staff is a great bonous and puts a reassuring human and friendly face on the experince especial if you dont speak Spanish.

Both myself and my husband had the great pleasure of accessing the services of Tenerife Health International Services recently. From the moment of contact, we were allocated an experienced project manager David, who listened with great understanding, and assisted, and accompanied us through sourcing exceptional health care specialists with the greatest of ease. We were first offered detailed information about each medical specialist in advance (including their affiliated hospitals) ,. From there, and after our selection, appointments were made at suitable times to fit in with our schedules. Following that, David sent and confirmed times, and even sent best car parking locations and maps to ensure we reached our destination with zero stress. David greeted us on arrival at our specialists location, and was on hand to translate & assist with any paperwork required at reception. In terms of cost, for this bespoke, reassuring and stress free medical consultancy service, I would say that it is exceptional value for money, considering the service & kindness that we received. Finally, I would say that during times of health concerns, there can be no better way of letting the burden of choosing medical expertise be the priority of experts like Tenerife Health International Service. They continue to follow up with us, and we know that David is right at the end of the phone if we require any further assistance or advice. Highly recommended, I will be spreading the word!
