Google I give this visit one extra star for giving me an appointment the same day, but thats about it. The glue on the wire behind my front teeth got loose and the dentist glued it back on. He was certain that the job was covered by my insurance, and the result shows it. I was in the seat for 5 minutes and paid 80(!) Euros. The glue is loose again, two weeks later and I have to see another dentist when I get back home. Really poor quality and I would have expected better.

Dear Adrian ,
I am sorry to hear that. You came to our clinic for emergency consultation because of a lockable retention wire of your ortho treatment of two teeth. I had to glue them back twice. The problem is not with the glue, but your teeth have slightly moved from their position , which means you need to get a new retention wire adapted to that position. Regarding your travel insurance company, I am not responssible for their policy and I cannot guarantee it, some insurance company have better policy than others . That is between you and your insurance company. But still I can tell you in principle of emergency consultation you are entitled to reimbursement for the emergency consultation.

Google i went to the dentist in hope to get help instead this dentist wanted me to have braces even tho I didn’t need and he shaved off parts of my tooth. Now my mouth looks like a shark’s mouth and I never smile anymore.
1/10 i would never recommend even to my worst enemy

Theo Cordier . you have never been to our clinic . Your claim is false. You are using false name . If you knew something about our clinic , you should have known that I do not do orthodontics with braces and not any patient has ever had orthonditic with braces in our clinic.
