The worst medical personnel I have ever come across! The attitude and attention to patient is zero.

I called this dentist clinic for an odontology appointment for my little daughter because someone recomended them. After I have explained what we needed an odontology for, they gave me an appointment date that was over a month and instructed us to go and do radiography and come along with the result.

On the appointment day, we came 10 minutes late because we were looking for where to park the car as we are not from the municipal. We were made to wait for more than 30 minutes at the reception and when the so called dentist finally attended to us, she said she doesn't know anything about odontology! Can you imagine! This was the person who gave us appointment over a month ago and even instructed us to come along with radiography result.
The worst part of the scenario is, she said with flat voice that she can't attend to us without being apologetic, no empathy is shown, no consideration was shown to the fact that we came a long way and the appointment was booked over a month ago. In fact, she show no quality of being a medical personnel !
I had a whole lot of questions to ask her that day but because I don't speak fluent Spanish and they don't understand English, I had to leave quietly with my daughter.
BUT IT IS OBVIOUSLY CLEAR THAT THEY REJECTED US BECAUSE WE ARE BLACKS.
It's damn disheartened that this type of people with this type of mentality are still in medical field in this century!

Los sábados por la mañana te atienden con cita previa.
Son muy atentos y considerados.
