I had a broken central incisor, and that took grappling off the table. I first went to a highly rated dental clinic that supposedly specialized in mouthguards for full-contact sports. But after the visit, it was clear they didn’t really understand the problem, or how to design a guard that would keep impact off the damaged tooth.
