I have a leg Ulcer and was constantly asked if I had Diabetes and if this was the reason it would not heal
Went to Medicare for test
Still no results 5 days later
Was told test was invalid -NO EXPLANATION
Went 2 Weeks later another test
10 days later after no results found out 2nd test invalid
NO EXPLANATION
After numerous Phone calls and E mails I found out that the lab was blaming the nurse at Medcare for sending it in the wrong bottle
IS THIS A GOOD SERVICE FOR A SIMPLE TEST
MAKE YOUR OWN MIND UP
Gave up with them in the End.
Went to Quiron hospital for test in the end.
Result sent to my phone the same evening
DIABOLICAL TREATMENT I HAVE HAD

Thanks for the feedback which we will pass on to the laboratory.
We are very aware that this has been unusual and unacceptable.
However it is the first time in 17 years that this has happened.
The laboratory is a reference laboratory used by the teaching university hospitals in the area so this is not a usual case.
We urge you not to seek opinion from friends re your healing status but to have your diagnosis made by your medical practitioner.
There are many other conditions that will need to be ruled out after consultation.

From the moment I entered the premises, somewhat apprehensive to my final treatment with Dr Hussain, I received nothing but courtesy from all the staff at Benijofar. Sue on reception talked me through what to expect and alleviated any fears. Dr Hussain expalined everything clearly what would happen, so on the day I was calm and knew what to expect. A big thank you to you all.

Requested 2 crowns and 4 veneers. Should have been completed in just over a week. Took the best part of a month. Dentist repeatedly let down by laboratory. Either came back wrong or was delayed. Would have expected some form of apology, rather than just "it's the labs fault". Thought I'd be going back to UK with tempories. Not that happy with final result either. I had hoped for better.
