I have a leg Ulcer and was constantly asked if I had Diabetes and if this was the reason it would not heal
Went to Medicare for test
Still no results 5 days later
Was told test was invalid -NO EXPLANATION
Went 2 Weeks later another test
10 days later after no results found out 2nd test invalid
NO EXPLANATION
After numerous Phone calls and E mails I found out that the lab was blaming the nurse at Medcare for sending it in the wrong bottle
IS THIS A GOOD SERVICE FOR A SIMPLE TEST
MAKE YOUR OWN MIND UP
Gave up with them in the End.
Went to Quiron hospital for test in the end.
Result sent to my phone the same evening

From the moment I entered the premises, somewhat apprehensive to my final treatment with Dr Hussain, I received nothing but courtesy from all the staff at Benijofar. Sue on reception talked me through what to expect and alleviated any fears. Dr Hussain expalined everything clearly what would happen, so on the day I was calm and knew what to expect. A big thank you to you all.

Requested 2 crowns and 4 veneers. Should have been completed in just over a week. Took the best part of a month. Dentist repeatedly let down by laboratory. Either came back wrong or was delayed. Would have expected some form of apology, rather than just "it's the labs fault". Thought I'd be going back to UK with tempories. Not that happy with final result either. I had hoped for better.

Great clinic, visited on the off chance of getting an appointment and was seen immediately. Booked in an appointment for treatment for the same week. English staff who were extremely helpful and friendly. Very clean and bright and welcoming. Dr was very knowledgeable and treatment was carried out quickly and painlessly. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Mecare in Benijofar. I have found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable, the doctor to be extremely professional and she takes such a personal interest in each client.
The offices are beautifully presented and the entire environment, makes the client feel both at ease and pampered.
I feel very safe having any procedure here and know that I am in medically trained hands.

I have been using Medcare for many years, for dentistry with Tim, and general medical issues and aesthetics with Dr Hussain and Susie, and cannot recommend them highly enough. In particular Susie has recently completed my course of Dermapem treatments and I am extremely pleased with both the results and the friendly and professional manner of our appointments.

Had a very bad experience; they take your money and provide almost no intermediary service, alongside operating with cash for discount which I find very unprofessional. The 1 star is just for the surgeon, who did a great job, and Colette the patient manager: avoid at all costs!

I came here one week ago for a problem with the nerve of my tooth, my dentist of medcare gave me a temporary thooth filling and sead if i will get more pain to come back. So 5 days later i get a lot of pain so i decided to go back, and i did today, my dentist is on holidays they sead so there was an other lady dentist (spanish), but she refused to help me even if its an emergency and she would have made me wait 1 week more with the pain an no treatment.
I dont recomend this dentist at all, never coming back and non of my family members or friends either!
