What amazing service , I went to KSud for the first time as an emergency and the staff were wonderful, I was seen by Karem very quickly and was out of pain immediately, I’m so pleased that I went and will continue to use this practice in future, first class 👍

This is review about the wonderful hygienist Natalin. Four months ago I found out I had advanced periodontal disease and that I would need deep cleaning treatments.
I had two and was also advised how to improve my dental regime to avoid my gums getting any worse. I threw myself into this with a vengeance! Today, just four months later, I have just been for a third deep clean and was informed by Natalin that my gums have improved and that I wouldn't need another deep clean for two years!
I am absolutely thrilled to bits and thank the lovely Natalin for all her hard work.

I had already chosen this surgery before moving to Spain! Then I went, a week ago… and it didn’t happen well for me. Two stars because of Amy, she was very caring, the only positive. The dentist said I wouldn’t feel anything… but I just wanted to scream! There was no air con in the premises (in August!), which made the experience even more unbearable. The worse part: I got a huge swollen bruise on the side of my face, and couldn’t got out of the house for a week (photos available). I never expected to end up like that. I wrote to Dr Sud, the manager, for advice but he personally never replied to me. Also, they tried to upsell another treatment to me, but I’ll have it done elsewhere… when I really need it.
Update after reading the response: you confuse me with another patient. I never came back, I only went there one time and I never met Dr Sud!

Have been a patient for years and was very pleased with two bridges fitted many years ago. However I had an emergency on Thursday - a crowned tooth broke remainder a was rubbing against my tongue - very painful. Got an appointment on Friday. Took 4 mins to file down - charged €30 !!! I intended to go back and have it sorted but not now. Can't believe that I was charged as a long term patient. Was told that it was because the surgery hadn't fitted it. They have just lost a patient who would probably have spent a considerable amount of money!!!

However, it’s important to clarify that your recent emergency involved a tooth and crown that were not fitted at our clinic. The €30 fee covered the professional time and care required to safely relieve your discomfort — not simply “four minutes of work.”

Even quick emergency procedures require a qualified dentist, equipment, sterilisation, and clinical responsibility. Expecting this to be done free of charge for a problem unrelated to our work is, unfortunately, unrealistic. We always aim to help our patients promptly and fairly, and we’re sorry you feel otherwise.

and I couldn’t be more pleased. The results genuinely exceeded my expectations—I was honestly in shock when I left at how perfect everything looked. The care, professionalism, and attention to detail were second to none.

I’d go as far as saying Dr Karen & his assistent Amy should join the magic circle—because they’re absolute magicians!

Outstanding customer service, from the moment I walked in with a raging toothache. The lovely receptionist fitted me in
and within 15 minutes I was seen by Dr Diaz and treated immediately, a follow up appointment completed my root canal treatment. He did a fantastic pain free job.
Lovely modern building, view of the sea from the dentist chair ! And all the staff are extremely helpful, friendly & positive. Thank you all 🙏 I would highly recommend this Dental Practice.

We visited K SUD Dental a few months ago because of emergency. We were helped immediately. In the meantime we went several times to this dentist and I can tell you … they are the best at Costa Blanca. A really experienced team, always friendly, and have the hands on mentality. We went to other dentists before but never had a good feeling. We recommend this dentist and team for 200% !

After a week of severe toothache and putting off going to see Karan as I knew what he’d probably recommend, I finally went today.

Wish I’d gone sooner. He went through my options and was caring and gentle. He didn’t rush me at all to make a decision.

I decided to go ahead and have a large back molar extracted. He numbed me up and I didn’t feel a thing.

I will be going back once my mouth has settled to discuss my further option after having the tooth removed.

It’s a 10/10 for me 👍

De toda la vida, he tenido mucho miedo de ir a la dentista, pero gracias a doctor Karan Sud y su asistente Jennifer, me han quitado el miedo y me han dejado una sonrisa muy bonita! Soy muy sensible a los dolores, y debo decir que en ningun momento me ha dolido. Recomiendo a toda mi familia y amigos que vayan a esta dentista! Buen trato, precio y calidad!
