We’re sorry to hear you had this experience. However, it’s important to note that mild gum bleeding after the procedure we performed is normal and ceases within a few minutes. If the bleeding is more intense or prolonged, it may be related to pre-existing periodontal conditions, overall oral health, general health, or ongoing medical treatments.

Of course, if you experience any unexpected symptoms, you can contact us through our emergency number, which is available to all our registered patients 24 hours a day. Unfortunately, as we didn’t receive any notice from you, we were unable to help at that moment. Nevertheless, if the symptoms persist, we encourage you to get in touch with us to schedule an appointment so we can assess your case and ensure everything is healing properly.

Nach der Untersuchung Ihres Zahns in meiner Praxis kam ich zu dem Entschluss, dass Ihr Wunsch der Wiedereingliederung keinem fachlich korrekten Behandlungskonzept nachkommen würde. Ich habe Ihnen daraufhin den Grund und den angemessenen Behandlungsvorgang ausführlich erklärt. Ich erklärte Ihnen, dass besagte Wiedereingliederung höchstens eine kurzfristige Lösung darstellen würde und nicht von Erfolg gekrönt wäre. Natürlich liegt es in Ihrem Ermessen, diese Behandlung bei einem anderen Zahnarzt hingegen meiner fachlichen Expertise dennoch durchführen zu lassen.

Eine Behandlung durchzuführen, von der ich weiß, dass sie langfristig nicht funktionieren wird, und dafür Geld zu verlangen, entspricht nicht unserer Praxisphilosophie.

Leider kann ich niemanden davon überzeugen, der nicht bereit ist, zuzuhören.

Thank you for your valuable review. I hope you feel better now. For a quantitative overview, you've had 21 appointments at our clinic for your treatment, out of which 17 involved complaints. Typically, this treatment requires only 4 to 6 appointments.

During these 17 visits, your concerns primarily centered around the lab work performed by our dental technician. We collaborated with the technicians to improve the work as best as possible so you are satisfied. Despite every effort, you would find a new problem with their work every few weeks. We made many adjustments at no additional cost to make you happy and even absorbed the costs for follow-up treatments that were initially included in our estimate because you refused to pay for them. In the end, to resolve the matter peacefully, we opted to redo the entire work at no additional cost. You confirmed during your last visit that you were pleased with the final results and a few days later you post this review.

Regarding the discomfort experienced during injections, we offered gas anaesthesia and general sedation as an alternative, which you declined. To minimize discomfort, we also applied an anaesthetic spray prior to injection. It’s important to note that sensitivity to injections can vary based on individual pain tolerance levels and specific treatment areas. The duration of the anaesthesia also depends on the individual´s blood circulation. We used the same anaesthesia that we have administered to over 7,000 other patients without receiving any complaints.

Despite addressing your concerns in all your visits and providing detailed explanations about your treatment's healing process, you continued to ask the same questions repeatedly. I even attempted to communicate in two of the five languages I speak, but it seems ineffective. While I could recommend bringing a translator for your next appointment, I believe the main issue stems from unrealistic expectations that are not feasible from a medical-dental perspective.
