Thanks to Dr. Madeleine Smit, I am finally confident about my teeth. I went to many different orthodontist places, but only with dr. Smit I felt like she really understood what I wanted and how. My braces were a long project (almost 2,5 years) but the result is phenomenal. In addition, dr. Smit was always punctual with the appointments and she took all the time needed. She made sure I would end up with a great broad smile with aligned teeth. I would 100% recommend her! She is incredible!

Ich hatte einen Ersttermin bei Dra. Smit vor über zwei Jahren und ich hatte mich damals gegen eine Behandlung entschieden. Da meine Kiefergelenkschmerzen nicht verschwunden sind, entschied ich mich nun doch das Thema noch einmal anzugehen und buchte einen erneuten Termin bei Dra. Smit.

Telefonisch vereinbarte ich einen Ersttermin und ließ mir bestätigen, dass der Termin kostenfrei sei. Ich hatte in der Zwischenzeit total vergessen, dass ich vor Jahren bereits einen Termin bei Frau Smit hatte und ich wurde auch nicht darauf hingewiesen.

Nach dem Termin heute wurden mir dann 120 Euro in Rechnug gestellt. Ich verstehe, dass Kosten für einen Zweittermin erhoben werden, aber man hätte mich zumindest darauf hinweisen können, dass es 1.) bereits ein Ersttermin gab und 2.) dass für einen Zweittermin Kosten entstehen.

So war ich völlig überrascht in der Praxis. Der Fehler liegt hier auf beiden Seiten und hier die Kosten in voller Höhe zu berechnen finde ich eine Frechheit.

Excelente atención. Calidez humana desde que entras por la puerta. Los recepcionistas Daniela y José de trato y amabilidad inmejorable. La doctora gestionó la pronta resolución de mi problema mostrando interés en mi caso y haciendome sentir tranquilo y en buenas manos. No podría quedar más agradecido a todo el equipo.
Seguiré con ellos y los recomendaré siempre. Son un equipo de gente de mucho valor.
