October 2024, I went to Dental Europa for a whitening treatment. They proposed me 2 different treatments. One in the clinic, stronger (265 EUR). The second at home (220 EUR).
I decided to go for the first one. After the treatment they told me to wait a few weeks to see the results. Unfortunately nothing changed.
End November, I went back to the clinic. They proposed me the second treatment. (220 EUR).
Again no results at all.
I spent in total 505 EUR for no difference.
I was really desappointed since I had a good feeling when I met them the first time.
Nice assistant and dentist.
Maybe they are good dentists but for tooth whitening, forget it.

Ich kann hier leider auch nur einen Stern geben. Die Zahnärztin hat mit Sicherheit ihr Bestes gegeben. Ich brauchte eine Vollprothese unten, die leider viel zu kurz war und nicht 1 Sekunde gepasst hat. Ich war wochenlang in Behandlung. Zum Glück hat mein Zahnarzt hier in Deutschland es hinbekommen.Wir haben versucht mit der Zahnärztin eine Einigung zu finden, eventuell die Hälfte der Kosten zu erstatten, da sie uns nicht gesagt hatte, dass wir einen Heilplan bei der Krankenkasse erstellen müssen. Somit hat die Kasse auch nichts übernommen in Deutschland 😒Man kann sicherlich mit allen Problemen zu dieser Zahnärztin gehen aber wer ein künstliches Gebiss braucht, egal ob oben oder unten, dem würde ich dringend abraten. Für mich war es die schlimmste Zeit meines Lebens wochenlang nicht essen zu können.
So viel Tränen. Doch möchten wir die Arzthelferin, die uns begleitet hat, loben. Sie war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit sie kann letztendlich nichts dazu.

Very satisfied with this dentist! Always friendly and helpful, providing clear advice and practical solutions. I always receive a reminder the day before my appointment, which is very convenient. I've never had to wait and can go straight in upon arrival. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused dentist!
Also the can speak English and Spanish.

The best clinic you can go to and above all thanks to Dr. Claudia Cook. I arrived with a problem in my molars, several doctors didn’t want to see me and she managed to make me some implants that everyone said it was impossible and I could smile again. I thank her a lot for her treatment and professionalism.

Great dentist. Recepcionista & Dentista speak English perfectly. Very easy to make appointments & they always remind you by telephone the day before.
Prices competitive & usually a very small wait in reception hall. Easy parking across the road.

I visited the dental clinic on a Monday for an issue with my retainer that had come loose and was scratching against my tongue. I was able to get an appointment the very next day. The staff was extremely professional and the problem was fixed within minutes. I will definitely be returning to this clinic in the future!

Después de una extracción de muelas volví para una limpieza general. Quedé muy contenta con el personal, me atendió Claudia ambas veces. Además de la atención inmejorable, un trato amable y cercano, la clínica es un sitio higiénico y agradable así como de fácil acceso al parking. Sin duda volveré.
