Für uns war die Behandlung eine der schlimmsten, die ich in meinem Leben erlebte. Meine Tochter hat sich den Nagel zu ca. 2/3 abgerissen. Der Arzt hat ohne Vorwarnung angefangen an dem bereits recht empfindlichen Fingernagel herumzuzerren. Als ich wegen des Vorgehens und er sah, dass meiner Tochter die Tränen vor Schmerz eingeschossen sind, hat er Betäubungsspray auf den Finger gesprüht. Doch ohne eine einzige Sekunde zu warten, hat er weiter gemacht, ungeachtet dessen, dass wir ihn wegen seiner Brutalität bremsen wollten, und hat meiner Tochter den Nagel wie im Mittelalter einfach abgerissen - samt des kompletten Nagels. Auf der angerissenen stelle war noch eine letzte hauchdünne Nagelschicht gewesen. In dieser Praxis sollen dabei auch chirurgische Eingriffe durchgeführt werden! Anschließend hat dieser Mensch auf die offene Wunde Jodsalbe mit einem sterilen Verband aufgetragen und sie mehrfach darauf mit seinem Finger fest herangedrückt. Meine Tochter und ich waren wie in einem schlechten Traum gefangen und konnten aus dieser skurrilen Situation nicht raus, auf Ansprache hat er nicht reagiert, obwohl er gut deutsch gesprochen hat. Anschließend verklebte er den Finger mit der Salbe fest, um es nur wenige Sekunden später wieder aufschneiden zu wollen - direkt über die Wunde Stelle! Da konnten wir meine Tochter zumindest so weit in Schonung nehmen, dass er dann auf die Seite des Fingers umschwenkte.
Wir beide sind aus der Praxis richtig traumatisiert raus. Derartige Ignoranz, schlechte Behandlung und Gefühlslosigkeit und absolut miserable Kommunikation hätten wir hier nie erwartet!!!!

I got a good feeling from the doctor here and the reception is a bonus too. It is really great for tourists too as they speak English, German and of course Spanish. Maybe some other languages too but that is what I observed while there. The price is OK considering it is private - no EHIC cards - and the first fee for me included a half week-later review.

Carlos is a real profesional and very analytic. He found the reason of my symptoms that no other doctor had found for many years. They dont admit insurance cards, but the prices are really reasonable.

I was unlucky enough to get severe back pain and I don't go to the doctor like that until it's so bad that I can hardly walk.
I went to Doctor Carlos every other day 5 times and had injections.
And some muscle relaxant pills.
Doctor Carlos is a fantastic doctor who listens and fixed my back
Nurse and doctor speak English and German

Should you be unlucky during your holiday, I can highly recommend Clinical Europa

No pudieron atenderme con el seguro de Adeslas que tengo, pero al menos me pudieron aconsejar otro centro. La atención telefónica recibida ha sido buena. Sería buena que ampliasen la colaboración con diferentes seguros médicos para que más gente nos pudiéramos beneficiar de sus servicios.

Excellent dentist and very reasonable charges. The wonderful nurse/receptionist goes out of her way to get you a very quick appointment if you have a sudden problem. We are very lucky to have such a professional English dentist in Torrox Costa.

Thank You to the doctor who opened for us clinic during Semana Santa! I was in big pain, panicked, on holiday...
We called first assistant Manuela, she was extremely helpful. She give us directive number to doctor, who came in 30 minutes from his house. He perform xrays , etc...
Direct us to pharmacy which was opened during holiday period...and the most importantly he says we can call him for further help any time during Easter!
Prices were good for emergency!

Très bonne clinique privée...donc coûteuse. Les services médicaux sont assurés de manière irréprochable...le médecin qui nous confère les soins parle le Français de manière compréhensible, cela est très bien pour qui ne comprend pas la langue de Castille et Navarre.

Mike is an amazing dentist. I broke my tooth while on holiday, and Mike and Manuela fit me in to a very busy schedule. I was a very phobic and hysterical patient (normally I pay for expensive IV sedation in the UK), and it turned out to be more complicated than first thought as I needed a root canal.
He was professional, firm, and confidence inspiring while maintaining a good humour. He didn't stand for any of my nonsense and I believe he has managed to cure me of my ridiculous phobias!
Thanks Mike and Manuela, and apologies if I scared any of your patients with my hysterics!
