A destacar la recepción al cliente, cálida y amable, el ambiente sereno y sobre todo, la profesionalidad, eficacia y empatía de la doctora Alaa.
En la primera visita, completamente gratuita, me exploró, localizó la afección e indicó su tratamiento,respondiendo a todas mis dudas con precisión.
La segunda vez, realizó la intervención prevista, pendiente de mi bienestar en todo momento.Todo salió perfecto.
Por su profesionalidad, atención e involucración con el paciente, la recomiendo como clínica dental de confianza!

I had an emergency with an old implant from my home country and they were very kind to see me the day after I called. The contact person quickly understood the problem and didn’t hesitate to help. The appointment was right on time. The clinic was easy to find, it is in a central location, it is brand new and the equipment is modern. Doctor Alaa was highly professional, she clearly communicated the state of my situation and the available solutions. I am dealing with dental specialists for 30 years now for a complicated situation and it’s rare when I feel completely comfortable. Dra. Alaa cabinet was one of the places where I did. Thank you, good luck and I’ll be back :)

I had a root canal treatment at Raices dental clinic. Everything went perfect from booking my appointment with Aidan to having the treatment. It was explained what to expect very clearly and what the cost would be. The treatment took over an hour; the clinic have a TV on the ceiling in the procedure room which I watched with headphones and made the time fly by. Thank you.

Fantastic family run dental practice absolutely over the moon to get work done to the standard I did considering I went to go on holiday and I had my teeth sorted (including a crown amazing!!)out at the same time very very pleased 100% recommend 👌🏻🙏🏻🏁

This clinic is both high quality and affordable, and it was super easy to book what I needed. It’s very modern, you can even put some headphones on and watch Netflix if you are (like me) a bit nervous of the dentist!

However the highlight of the clinic is definitely the people that run it. Dr. Alaa takes her time to explain everything so you are always informed. She works very efficiently and you never feel confused at any stage.

Had the misfortune to lose a filling whilst staying in Los Gigantes. Saw Raices was open at 1100, popped in as the doors opened. Alaa was able to see and treat me immediately - an extraction was required and carried out very efficiently and well.
There was a calm reassuring aura throughout proceedings - no hesitation in recommending their service,and wish them every success in this new and very welcome business in Los Gigantes

I’m on holiday in Los Gigantes and 1/2 a tooth cracked and fell out. I noticed a new dentist,Raíces had just opened
I contacted them initially via WhatsApp and was quickly given an appointment the next day.
Ala, the lady dentist smoothly and professionally treated my problem although this was a big filling I’ve no residual issues
Great and prompt service.
I would definitely recommend Raíces in Los Gigantes without hesitation

I popped into Clínica Dental Raíces while visiting Tenerife and was really impressed. The clinic has such a calm and welcoming atmosphere! The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, put me completely at ease, and answered all my questions.
I was able to be seen straight away, and the prices are much better than in the UK and everything felt high quality.
