On my first and only visit to this dentist I arrived in good time for a 10am appointment to be ordered (not asked politely) to wear a surgical mask and to then be sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes when I was informed that due to an 'emergency' my appointment would be 'at least' a further 15 minutes late. In my case I saw or heard no emergency whatseover and think that it is more likely just bad planning on behalf of the practice. It may come as a shock to them but I feel that their time is no more valuable than mine and I too had work to complete. I felt that I was treated very rudely and as more of an annoyance rather than a paying customer. If you wish to be talked down to and sit in the waiting room for a long time, please go ahead and make a booking with this practice. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere.
