Catchphrase Making Your Smile Better is the catchphrase of this bright and modern dental clinic and I certainly agree that they have managed to deliver this in the past 12 years I have been a patient here.
It did go through a bit of a rough time when there was a change of ownership, but my recent visits proved that the small glitches have been ironed out and they are back as we have known them .
Very personal and individual care marks their attitude.
Patients travel long distances whether it is for routine treatment or to find solutions for difficult / complicated problems.
I have been looked after by Karen Marshall who has been my dentist for all those years and she is the only dentist I know where I go without a feeling of anxiety of what may be in store when I visit.
I have total confidence and several times when I had a particularly difficult problem it was solved by her and I came out which a big smile again!
I can also very much recommend the Hygienist here, Karen Pimlott for her very professional approach and her thorough work.
Getting an appointment is not always easy, they are both in high demand, but perseverance is worth it to get on their list.
There are several other dentists working in the clinic so in an emergency one is never left without a quick solution.

Clinica dental El Puerto in Javea

This used to be a highly respected address for excellent dental care where mainly English speaking expats and visitors knew they were in good hands.
Sadly there has been a change of ownership/ management.
Even though some of the favorite staff are still there, the practice has now a neglected and sad appearance.

I have been a patient for over 10 years for routine treatment and once or twice for difficult dental work when the affordable solution was a real miracle to me.
So in the past I have recommended them wholeheartedly.

Sadly, I was recently embarressed when such a recommendation came back telling me they looked at the clinic from the outside and decided to go elsewhere.
When I asked why - the answer was that it looked neglected and in ill repair. The first impression was such that they did not have the confidence to be looked after in a place which looks as if they did not care.
A few days ago I had my routine check-up and made a point of looking round.
My wonderful dentist is still there.
But looking through the eyes of somebody who is there for the first time, I agree - it looks run down and gives the impression that the clinic is no longer successful.
First impression - thumbs down.
What a pity.
Unless there the management changes their attitude new patients will go elsewhere - and I cannot blame them.

I cannot praise Karen Marshall enough! She is professional, practical and has a very caring, confident manner.
I feel very safe in her hands and I know that she will only carry out procedures that are totally necessary.
Karen works within my budget and I feel that I am able to discuss any current or future work with her, confident that she only has my best interests and comfort at heart.
In addition, I find the other members of the team at the clinic very friendly and professional.
The best dentist I have ever been to!!

I was travelling in Spain when I broke a tooth. A friend made an appointment for me at this clinic before I arrived in Javea. Before this appointment I was unexpectedly delayed. The clinic changed my appointment date without complaint. When I arrived for my treatment this was done professionally and efficiently. I required further work which was arranged at my convenience. The dentist (Lydia) was expert. She was fantastic. My tooth was rebuilt and I suffered no pain or discomfort. The work was perfect and the cost was very reasonable. I recommend this place to any traveller or local person. Highly recommended. They are also multilingistic.
