Nach 5 Tagen und Nächten mit schlimmen Zahnschmerzen, wurde mir hier super geholfen. Obwohl Frau Dr. Scheibe selbst nicht im Dienst war, bekam ich kurzfristig einen Termin und wurde sehr einfühlsam und kompentent behandelt. Mir wurde alles genaustens erklärt, was gerade mir als Angstpatientin, sehr wichtig ist. Das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich und geht super auf die Patienten ein. Ich hoffe nicht, dass es nochmal nötig sein wird, aber hier her würde ich jederzeit wiederkommen.

Una experiencia traumática.
Me realizaron una apertura de una muela para empezar el procedimiento de la endodoncia. 3 semanas después de la apertura me dieron cita para realizarme la endodoncia. Cuando llegué allí no querían atender porque no tenía cita, y yo ya llevaba 3 semana con la muela abierta (no apuntaron la cita). Llevaba días con mucho dolor y llorando les pedí por favor que me dieran una solución pero la endodoncista (Doctora Victoria Matamoros), que en ese momento estaba con otro paciente, no quiso ni salir a atenderme, ni hablar conmigo después. Les pedí una hoja de reclamación y no me la quisieron dar. Fui a consumo a poner una pidiendo por favor que me devolviesen el dinero porque no me habían querido acabar el trabajo de la muela , yo estaba pasando mucho dolor y tenía que buscarme otro dentista con urgencia para que pudieran cerrarme la muela. Su respuesta a la reclamación de consumo fue que no era verdad, según ellos la endodoncista (Doctora Victoria Matamoros) si que me ofreció atenderme y que también me ofrecieron soluciones y hojas de reclamación.
No quiero seguir con la denuncia porque no quiero el dinero pero escribo esta situación por aquí, para que los clientes sean conscientes de ello. Lo pase verdaderamente mal y un dolor de muelas no es una cosa para nada agradable.

Habe sehr zügig einen Termin. War mit der Behandlung sehr zufrieden und habe mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Bin ein paar Tage später nochmal hin zum nachschauen bevor ich weiter reise. Für das nachschauen ob alles in Ordnung ist hat sie kein Geld verlangt. Jeder Zeit wieder.

Heute nach einem Termin gefragt, konnte sofort kommen. Total nett und sehr kompetent. Auch wird die deutsche Sprache verstanden. Ist das ganze Jahr erreichbar, nur evtl. kurze Zeit über Weihnachten nicht.
Die Behandlung war ein voller Erfolg.

Muy profesionales, pero nunca puntuales. Siempre tengo que esperar entre 10-30 min. Capaz tienen que planificar los turnos mejor? Pago con tarjeta posible. Ahora también hay más doctores disponible, lo que ofrece un servicio más completo. Sala de espera con WiFi, agua, TV, aseo. También hacen tests antígenos.

Fuí por primera vez la semana pasada sin conocerlos y sin referencias. La verdad me quedé encantado con ellos. Recibí un trato estupendo, mucha profesionalidad y eficacia y una gran simpatía. ¿qué más se puede pedir? Pues si, que tampoco abusan de los precios. Personalmente no volveré a ir a otro dentista mientras pueda acudir a ellos. Y les doy las gracias por todo desde aquí.

Sich mit Zahnschmerzen und einer dicken Wange im Urlaub rumzuärgern ist wohl nicht so traumhaft.Es führte also kein Weg dran vorbei einen Zahnarzt aufzusuchen.Ich konnte noch am selben Tag einen Termin bekommen. Die Praxis war sauber und modern. Eine sehr nette und freundliche Zahnärztin hat mir alles erklärt und mir sofort weitergeholfen. Die Praxis kann man wirklich weiterempfehlen!!!

Ein kaputter Backenzahn bereitete mir heftige Schmerzen. Nach einem Telefonat mit Frau Dr. Scheibe durfte ich sofort vorbeikommen. Ich wurde freundlich beraten und das Ziehen des Zahnes war vollkommen schmerzfrei. Ich habe auch heute keine Schmerzmittel benötigt. Vielen herzlichen Dank.

Sehr sehr gute Beratung auf deutsch bereits vorab am Telefon. Einen Termin bekam ich taggleich. Keine Wartezeit. Anschließend Wurzelbehandlung. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Zahlung per EC-Karte möglich. Super zufrieden und schmerzfrei.

Zahnschmerzen im Urlaub - eigentlich der totale Horror, aber bei diesem Doc war das ein schneller Eingriff und zipzap waren die Schmerzen weg.

Wartezeit hatte ich auf Grund des frühen Termins keine.
Rein in die Praxis, rauf auf den Liegestuhl, Mund auf, Zahn raus, Tag gerettet.

Kosten waren ebenfalls mehr als fair. Auf Grund einer Urlaubs-KV somit auch kein Thema. Gibt's im Nachgang erstattet.

5 Sterne, gerne auch einen sechsten. ;-)

Arrived at the clinic at 6.40 pm a friendly greeting put me at ease, I had a toothache all-day and finally had no choice than to visit a dentist whilst on holiday with my family. The service was friendly and efficient, the dentist spoke excellent English, the clinic was spotless overall the service was excellent.
