A condescending , rude, unfriendly man, without any empathy for his clients .
Stay well away from him . I sat in his surgery terrified of the dentist and he just walked past me without saying hello and said follow me. He looked in my mouth said I had a bad tooth. Said open your mouth and stuck in what I later realised was an x ray. He didn’t even have the manners to tell me what he was doing. All the doors were open so everyone can hear everyone’s treatment. There was a young lad waiting opposite me and he quoted him 250 euros to take out his tooth. Nothing is private all doors are open. If you cannot even say hello to your next ATM then things are pretty sad. Many people are scared of going to the dentist and to meet an unfriendly arrogant person like this is not nice.

Thank you for your comments Mr. Mc Nally. How I managed to upset you so badly, I don't know. You made an appointment as a new patient You said you needed some fillings. I saw you, and suggested you have a check up as you had so many broken teeth and had not been to the dentist for many years. You did not want one, and just wanted me to look at some individual teeth. We tried to take some x rays, and it was not possible to take too many: you found it very uncomfortable. I suggested that you went round the corner to a colleagues clinic to have a special x ray, where nothing goes in your mouth. In this machine you stand in it and it takes an x-ray from outside the mouth. Some folks find this easier. Using the x - ray I took I talked you through the proposed treatment for the two teeth in question, but did ask you if you could go and have that other x-ray. We called, booked you in, and gave you a map: the clinic is 2 minutes walk from mine. You left, came back, announced to me that you did not want the x-ray, and threw 10 Euros at me and walked off. I suggested that you try and get your teeth fixed as they, unfortunately, only get worse. Perhaps you were upset because I did not book you in for several hours, so we could do the work you wished to be done. Apart from people who have toothache, we normally have to see what the problem is first, and we don't make such long first appointments: in case folks don't turn up.

I highly recomend Christopher and Cheska at Clinica Dental Alfaz for their service, calmness, manner and professionalism is exceptional, but most of all Chris explained everything he was doing in very calm and straight forward manner.
Reasonable prices too, would highly recommend if you live in the area or have a problem.

I would definitely recommend this dental practice. The service I received was prompt and efficient. Both Mr. Jones and his assistant were courteous and professional and put me at ease as soon as I walked through the door. I will have no hesitation in using this practice again. Absolutely top dentist....had an emergency appointment, tooth taken out.....Just over an hour from phoning for appointment to having tooth out.Very nervous at going to dentist, everything was explained all the way along, the lovely receptionist held my hand .......My husband and I are going back in Sept for checkups.Thank you so much 😁

Perfect experience at this dental practice. I needed root canal treatment, I am a needlephobe. Chris and Cisca were so gentle and patient with me. Chris did the work meticulously well and for a third of the price I’d been quoted in U.K. 😊 I can recommend this dentist 100%.

I should of done this review a lot sooner. However someone pointed out there are bad reviews here. I can honestly say my experience was 1st class. I was asked what I would like, told the schedule. Given the price and payment options. I explained I'm very nervous of the dentist and very embarrassed about the state of my teeth. He was amazing.. even pointed out his own flaws in his teeth and told me he would work with whatever time frame I was comfortable with.he was very particular on making sure every step that I was comfortable. I'm so pleased with the final results. My confidence is growing. Thank you.

We have used this dentist on many occasions and have always been very satisfied. He has a very nice calming manner which is extremely helpful if you are nervous. Reasonable prices , would highly recommend if you live in the area or have a problem if you are on holiday.

Hi, I've been treated terribly by my own dentist in Englsnd, I got knocked off the list without even being informed!! My holiday was coming up and I had a niggling tooth!! So 4 days before I was due to fly I booked an appointment and this gentleman (Dr Christopher Jones) booked me straight in, I had an extraction which I was so nervous about but it went amazing, Dr Jones assistant was fantastic the lady even held my hand. Absolutely amazing treatment I would highly recommend Dr Jones's, x

Muy mala atención. Fui a que me pegaran una corona y parece que hacía el trabajo de mala gana. Me cobraron 55€ por 5 minutos... Fue muy agresivo. Me hizo sangrar las encías y lo único que dijo es que no daba garantía. No entiendo un profesional cómo puede tratar así a sus clientes. En otros sitios me aplican ultrasonido y ahí no. A pesar de que se lo sugirió si ayudante. Nada recomendable

Thank you very much for your comment. We saw you immediately, without an appointment, without being a patient of the clinic. We were just about to close when you called to make an appointment. We waited for you until you arrived: it was Friday afternoon. You would have been without your front tooth all weekend. I informed you why your front tooth cap was loose and that it was about to fall out, and that it would fall out again due to a design flaw. You told me that the cap, having been placed a year and a half ago, had already fallen off once. So this was the second time you had had problems with this new tooth. I recemented the cap as you wanted. The visit was free, but the intervention was not. One thing I can't give is a guarantee on someone else's work. The gums bled using ultrasound machine, which is designed to clean the gums, which we always use after cementing a crown, to remove any excess glue. As you may recall, I used this device to clean around the crown after we stuck it back on: this machine often causes the gums to bleed a little. All the best.

I have a phobia of dental treatment and am petrified even going for a check up. Chris Jones has just taken out my tooth and he is truly amazing. He talked through the treatment beforehand, making sure l was aware of worst case scenario just in case, fortunately it didn't come to that. He prescribed me something to calm me down before the treatment and he was very kind regarding my phobia. My tooth was out in 10 minutes with roots attached so no need for surgery to my gum and l now sitting at home exhausted but so relieved and thankful to Chris. Can't recommend him highly enough. Excellent dentist.

Ignore the previous review, dr jones and his team have been nothing short of brilliant to me. They fitted me in last minute. I am only in spain for a few weeks at a time and they have carried out a tooth implant and fast tracked the process so i dont have to delay my return, Not only that but its HALF the price of the uk dentist i used to use. His manner is very matter of fact and straight forward and i feel cared for when im in the chair, and his accomplishments are all over the clinic when you arrive so you can see he is well qualified. I never thought i would ever have good things to say about a bleedin’ dentist but i felt compelled to say how happy i am. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

This is a VERY BAD DENTIST. He is very heavy handed with the Excavator during a routine check up. Before i went there my teeth were ok but after i saw Dr. c .r jones my teeth hurt very much. Also he has very bad manners and lacks any sympathy with the patient.

We don't use an excavator when we do a check up. A mirror and a puff of air is all that's used!!?? Your teeth had loads of cavities when you came to see me already, so I don't think were OK. You told me you had been to a couple of dentist already. I hope you managed to get all those fiilings fixed.
