Ich habe mich telefonisch an die Praxis gewandt, da ich Zahnschmerzen unter einer Krone hatte. Am gleichen Tag habe ich einen Termin bekommen. Die Dame an der Rezeption war super lieb und sehr freundlich. Frau Dr. Janzen hat die Behandlung übernommen und ich muss sagen, dass es mir eine Freude war von Ihr behandelt zu werden. Mir wurde alles detailliert erklärt und behandelt. Sehr feinfühlig wurden mir Spritzen vor Behandlung gegen die Schmerzen gesetzt. Mein wohl stand IMMER an erster Stelle. Solche Ärzte findet man nur noch sehr selten!! Ausnahmslos zu empfehlen!

Eine ganz tolle Arztin, großes LOB!!! Traut euch ruhig Frühzeit im Urlaub zum Zahnarzt. Sie erklärt alles wunderbar, macht keine unnötigen Eingriffe, nimmt sich viel Zeit und ist sehr einfühlsam. Vielen lieben Dank noch einmal an dieser Stelle.

Nov 23 my husband had a lot of pain in his jaw, booked to see dentist and extracted 2 roots left by uk dentist, which had caused an infection. We cannot give enough praise to this dental practice, from booking the appointment to treatment and after care they where so professional 👏

leider hatte ich im Urlaub extrem starke Zahnschmerzen, und habe diese unglaublich tolle Zahnärztin gefunden. Sehr spontan habe ich direkt einen Termin erhalten. Silke nimmt sich die Zeit und versucht einem alles in Ruhe zu erklären, und die Behandlung so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Hier wird einem geholfen und nicht versucht einem das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen. Tage nach der Behandlung wurde nochmal nachgefragt wie es einem geht. Vielen Dank für die schnelle Hilfe.

I rarely leave a review but I had to in this instance. I was on holiday and had toothache that got progressively worse as the week went on. I was hoping I could just put up with the pain but I reached breaking point. When I went to explore for a dentist I found everywhere was shut for the bank holiday. I had text these guys the day before and they replied and actually came out and opened up to help me. I am eternally grateful for this kindness. Hopefully now I can get some pleasure out of my holiday. Thanks very much.

Mir ist hier im Urlaub meine obere Prothese zerbrochen, nach dem ich bei zwei Zahnärzten angerufen habe und diese mir angeboten haben meine Prothese zu reparieren, was im allgemeinen so um die drei Tage dauert, was natürlich inakzeptabel war. Ich habe mir ersteinmal mit Sekundenkleber geholfen, am nächsten Tag war ein Ausflug nach Corralejo geplant und mehr durch Zufall und Parkplatz Knappheit haben wir in der Nähe der Praxis von Frau Dr. Janzen geparkt. So bin ich leider ohne Termin bei ihr in der Praxis eingeschlagen. Aber ohne Problem hat sie sich gleich meine Prothese angesehen und mir angeboten, sie zu reparieren, es sollte ca. 90 min. dauern, gesagt, getan, waren wir nach 90 min. zurück, leider war sie noch nicht fertig, da sie eine Patientin mit Termin 😄 behandeln musste, aber nach einer weiteren Stunde war sie fertig. Frau Janzen und ihr Team waren sehr freundlich und auch sehr kompetent, und natürlich auch sehr flexibel.

I called into Clinics dental global as I had a lot of pain in my mouth and my cheek was swollen, I thought it was my tooth but Silke the dentist thought it was an infection in my gum, she did an X-ray of the tooth to confirm it, then cleaned all around, gave me a prescription for antibiotics and even checked up on me later that day and the next to make sure everything was ok. She was very kind and informative. All the staff were lovely too and made me feel at ease. Great service, I would definitely recommend them.

Als Angstpatient habe ich mich hier sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Ich musste aus akuten Zuständen diese Praxis besuchen. Die Anmeldung erfolgt über WhatsApp ohne Probleme. Innerhalb 60 Minuten habe ich eine Terminzusage bekommen. Frau Janzen ist eine sehr einfühlsame gute Ärztin, die jeden Handgriff ganz exakt erklärt. auch. Die Helferin war sehr mitfühlend. Bei mir wurde ein Röntgenbild gemacht. Da kam raus, dass ich zu meinen Beschwerden auch noch eine Zyste im Oberkiefer habe. Mir wurde das ganze Procedere sehr genau erklärt. Zuerst erfolgte eine Anästhesie, da wurde das Zahnfleisch mit Ultraschall behandelt und die Fremdkörper im Zahnzwischenraum entfernt. Zusätzlich bekam ich noch Antibiose und Schmerzmittel.
Zusätzlich wurde mir noch erklärt, dass meine Beschwerden im Oberkiefer auch schon länger andauern. In Deutschland angekommen bin ich gleich zum Zahnarzt gegangen. Und in in kurzer Zeit wird mir auch dieser Zahn nun entfernt.
Zum Glück konnte ich meinen Urlaub noch gut genießen. Bei Fragen darf ich mich auch jederzeit nochmals an Frau Doktor wenden. Dies ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit! Schade, dass so eine kompetente Ärztin nicht in Deutschland ist. Ich komme jederzeit wieder zu ihr!

Si pudiese dejar un menos 5 estrellas se la pondria, pero no a la profesional que atiende en boca, que le doy las 5 estrellas, sino mas bien a la mal educada de recepcion. Como ser humano es desagradable al 100% ojala le llegue esta reseña y aprenda educacion sobre como tratar a un cliente. Cuando un@ tiene un cargo cara al publico, lo menos que puede hacer es un minimo de FORMACION sobre educacion y trato correcto al cliente. esto es EUROPA mi niña.
No solo te cuelga el telefono cuando le pides un presupuesto, sino que cuando te lo da te oculta el precio de la 1º visita que son 50€ por solo pisar la clinica, y no pasa nada, esta bien si asi uno lo acepta, pero uno debe saberlo no al final de la factura a modo sorpresa. sino antes y dicho con claridad y honestidad.

This is a 5* clinic with a thoroughly professional service from start to finish. The clinic is super clean and covid safe and Dr Silke Janzen has incredible care and precision in every treatment I have had done.
I am a nervous patient due to previous bad experiences in the UK, however since then she has performed an extraction, done 2 fillings and most recently I completed having 2 implants which I have wanted to do but never felt I could trust anyone. I have just had the crowns fitted for my implants and I can't thank her enough. They look amazing, fit perfect and are pain free. She is the answer to your dental problems 100%.Thanks Karen Rezende.

I can highly recommend this clinic! My tooth cracked in half on a Sunday afternoon in December, a few days before Christmas, and I was able to make an appointment for Monday morning via WhatsApp.

Dr. Janzen and her colleague were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and thoroughly took care of my difficult cracked tooth. I was able to have a pain-free vacation due to the solution Dr. Janzen implemented until I could return to Germany two weeks later and see my regular dentist.

I would definitely recommend this clinic!

What a professional dental clinic. I had toothache before leaving UK but couldn't get an appointment until Feb 2022. I went today at 09.30 and was seen at 10, after examination and x ray she removed my tooth. She kept me informed every step. The place is clean and covid safe and I cannot recommend the staff highly enough, I can now enjoy the rest of my holiday.

Ended up in Corralejo with antibiotics from my own private dentist who didn’t have time to treat me properly. Unfortunately thats the service we are used to in the UK. In total contrast Lady dentist who treated me at global dentist was off the scale professional. Had to have two teeth extracted and she wouldn’t give up until all broken roots had been removed. It would have been so easy to just remove both teeth and leave the roots in similar to past experiences with UK dentist. The experience was that Good im thinking of getting my implant done here. Cheaper than the UK as well

Es la mejor clínica dental en la isla de Fuerteventura. Tuve un problema tan grave que pienso que voy a perder todos mis dientes. War dort am 14.11.2017 bei Dr.Silvia Janzen wegen einer Wurzelentzündung und einem darauf hin folgenden Abzsess im Gaumen zur Notfallbehandlung!Die Entzündung hatte ich bereits eine Woche vorher und war bereits 3 mal vor unserem Urlaub damit beim Zahnarzt gewesesen Allerdings wurden die Schmerzen jeden Tag schlimmer !!Dr.Janzen war sehr einfühlsam und hat sich viel Zeit für mich genommen, die Behandlung selber dauerte fast eine Stunde und danach konnte ich meinen weiteren Urlaub schmerzfrei genießen!! Schade ist nur, das Frau Dr.Janzen nicht bei uns in Bocholt praktiziert, sonst wäre Sie wohl meine zukünftige Zahnärztin !!!Nochmal vielen Dank an Dr.Janzen und auch an das Team, welches auch super nett war!!
